The cancelation policy applies to reservations made directly through the Cabins at Monkey Falls lodge website only:

Our Cancellation Policy applies to any changes that reduce the number of nights booked, whether it’s for part of the reservation or the entire stay.

100% Refund if you Cancel at least 30 Days Before Arrival: If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we’ll issue a full refund of any deposit or payments made, less any bank/credit card processing fees and currency exchange charges.

Cancelling Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival: For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the full reservation amount is non-refundable. There is an exception if you rebook your stay for a future date.  Please see all options below.

• We encourage guests to rebook their stay at The Cabins at Monkey Falls Lodge instead of canceling. This allows you to maintain your reservation and potentially reschedule for a more suitable time.
• Submit a claim to your travel insurance policy. We will provide the documentation needed. (We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance!)
• Apply your reservation payment to a later date. Note that if rates change, your original reservation amount will be applied to the new rates (future rates could go up or down). For re-bookings, the 30-day cancellation window applies to the original reservation dates.  
• There is no time frame limitation for rebooking a reservation (as long as we have availability).
• If you cancel a rebooked reservation and are beyond the original reservation’s cancellation window (i.e., less than 30 days from your original arrival date), the “Cancelling Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival” policy will apply, and the full reservation amount will be non-refundable.
